目录结构

红帽企业 Linux 的发行版本包括多张光盘，其中包括安装光盘和源码光盘。

第一张安装光盘可以在多数较新的系统上被直接引导。它包含以下目录结构（这里的 /media/cdrom 是光盘的挂载点）：

其它安装光盘与第一张安装光盘类似，不过它们只包含 RedHat 子目录。

所有源码光盘的目录结构如下所示：

如果您要为 NFS、FTP、或 HTTP 安装设置安装树，您必须复制 RELEASE-NOTES 文件和所有安装光盘的 RedHat 目录下的所有文件。在 Linux 和 UNIX 系统中，以下步骤可以在您的服务器上正确配置目标目录（请对每个光盘重复此步骤）：

  1. 插入光盘

  2. mount /media/cdrom

  3. cp -a /media/cdrom/RedHat <target-directory>

  4. cp /media/cdrom/RELEASE-NOTES* <target-directory>（仅用于第一张光盘）

  5. umount /media/cdrom

这里的 <target-directory> 代表包括安装树的目录路径。

注意

请不要复制附加光盘以及任何其它层次产品光盘的内容。它们会覆盖 Anaconda 正常运行所需的文件。

这些光盘必须在安装 红帽企业 Linux 以后再安装。

安装

现在的许多计算机都可以自动地从光盘中引导。如果您有这样的机器（并且被正确配置），您可以不必使用引导盘而直接从红帽企业 Linux 的第一张安装光盘中引导。引导后，红帽企业 Linux 安装程序就会启动，您就能够从光盘中进行系统安装。

images/ 目录中包含 boot.iso 这个文件。该文件是可以被用来引导红帽企业 Linux 安装程序的 ISO 映像。这是进行基于网络安装的便利方法。要使用 boot.iso，您的计算机必须能够从光盘驱动器中引导，并且在它的 BIOS 中进行了设置。然后，您需要把 boot.iso 烧录到可写光盘中。

另一个包括在 images/ 目录中的映像文件是 diskboot.img。当需要使用 USB pen 驱动器（或其它可启动的大容量可移动存储设备）时，可以使用这个文件。使用 dd 命令来写这个映像。

注意

一个 USB pen 驱动器是否可以使用这个映像文件，取决于您的系统的 BIOS 是否支持从 USB 设备启动。
